The Compass is a Funnel Philosopher framework for judging any funnel. North is Strategy, the reason: who it is for and what transformation it delivers. South is Soul, the resonance: does it reflect who you are? East is Story, the bridge: does it guide the hero through their own change? West is System, the structure: does the tech work and deliver what it promises?
Without Strategy you have chaos. Without Soul the funnel may work but will not feel right. Without Story nobody is moved. Without System the rest collapses under broken tech.

- Story: does each page and email move the hero forward?
- System: test every page, tag, sequence and payment.
