The members area is where the promise becomes real. It should be easy to log in, easy to see where to start and easy to see progress.
A great members area welcomes people with a start here video, organizes content in a clear order and shows them their next step.
Do it step by step
- Add a start here lesson with a short welcome video.
- Order lessons as a path, not a pile.
- Show progress so people feel momentum.
- Put the next offer inside, where it fits naturally.
